  • The above fee is inclusive of 18% GST.
  • A delegate can attend/register only one workshop.

Registration Guidelines

  • For online payments, bank gateway charges will apply as follows: Debit Cards: 0.60%, Credit Cards: 1%, Commercial Cards: 2.25%, International Cards: 3%. There are no charges for payments made via UPI and Net Banking. These charges will be calculated based on the total transaction amount.
  • All faculties & delegates members must register for the conference.
  • The PAN CARD number is mandatory for conference registration to comply with income tax rules.
  • Accompanying persons have NO access to scientific halls. Access of accompanying person only to food & spouse areas.
  • Accompanying person will not entitled for the delegate kit.
  • On all online payments, bank gateway charges will be applicable as per the bank policy.
  • Registration for children below 5 years is complimentary. (Govt. Age ID Proof is Mandatory).
  • Registration fees include admission to the scientific halls, trade exhibition, inaugural function, lunches/dinners and delegate kit.
  • Make sure to mention the email id & mobile number that you use regularly. As it will be used for the registration receipt and other conference communication.
  • The organizing committee shall not be liable in any form in case of changes in date/venue due to unforeseen reasons.
  • Conference organizers are not responsible for postal delays/failure of delivery by post or failure of electronic communication.
  • All delegates must carry their photo id (government-approved) for a smooth registration procedure.
  • It is mandatory to submit a HOD Letter to avail of registration in the post-graduate category.
  • For spot registrations: Payment will be accepted only by mode of cash/card/UPI. The disbursal of the delegate kit for the same will be subject to availability.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Requests for cancellation for refunds must be emailed to the office@napcon2024.in.
  • 50% of the registration fee will be deducted for cancellations made up to 15th July 2024 ✱
  • 75% of the registration fee will be deducted for cancellations made up to 14th Oct. 2024 ✱
  • No refund will be made for the requests sent after 15th Oct.2024
  • Registration is not transferable.
  • Refunds will be made one month after conference completion.

✱ GST / bank charges/ online charges will be non-refundable.
